The Application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements, process payments, or perform analytics.
Below are the third-party providers integrated into the Application and links to their respective privacy policies:
The Application offers In-App Purchases. All transactions are handled securely by the respective platform stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). We do not collect, store, or process any payment card details or financial information. We only receive basic confirmation tokens from the stores to unlock the purchased virtual items within the game.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions within the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. In the case we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
Since the Data Controller is located within the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The third-party services we use may transfer, store, and process your data outside of the EEA (primarily to the United States). These providers utilize standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or other legally recognized frameworks to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
As a user under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the email address provided in Section 1.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
Please note that we do not directly collect, store, or process any of your financial data or personal billing information. All In-App Purchases are handled entirely and securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We only retain anonymized purchase tokens necessary to unlock in-game content.
Any automatically collected telemetry or advertising data (processed via third-party SDKs like Unity Analytics or Google AdMob) is retained only for as long as is necessary to provide the core functionality of the Application, improve game performance, or as required by applicable laws.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. The responsible supervisory authority for our jurisdiction is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW).
